VIEWPOINTS INTENSIVE | Ages 18+
Designed for emerging artists, professional performers, directors, and theatre-makers, this Viewpoints Intensive explores movement, ensemble work, and theatrical creation through physical improvisation.
Led by Kate St-Pierre, Director of Theatre Arts at Nevada School of the Arts, the class draws on her extensive training in physical and movement theatre, including work with Anne Bogart and SITI Company. St-Pierre is an award-winning director and performer, an alumna of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, and Artistic Director of The LAB LV.
Learn how Viewpoints develops presence, spontaneity, physical storytelling, spatial awareness, and ensemble connection – and discover why so many directors are using these techniques to develop and create work on Broadway today.
No prior Viewpoints experience is required. Come prepared to move, experiment, and participate fully.
Get out of your head. Trust your instincts. Respond in the moment. Create bolder, more dynamic work.
