Kate St. Pierre is a teaching artist for the prestigious Smith Center for the Performing Arts. She teaches the Disney Musicals in Schools program, encouraging, assisting and training at-risk and ESL elementary students and their teachers in building sustainable theatre programs in their schools. She is also a Southern Nevada Wolf Trap teaching artist, working with pre-school students and their teachers on literacy through music, song, dance, rhythm patterns, and storytelling. St. Pierre also teaches music, movement and theatre to Doral Academy students.

A licensed Music Together instructor, Kate loves to work with children. She was the Assistant Director for The Los Angeles Opera’s Education and Outreach program, working with at-risk and disadvantaged youth. She continues to pursue her passion for education and the arts.

Kate is the Artistic Producer and the Associate Producing Director for A Public Fit, Las Vegas’ only regional professional theatre company. She is the original female singer for Le Reve and has performed on myriad film scores and trailers. Kate regularly records and composes with her husband Martin St-Pierre and loves to sing and dance with their two daughters.
